Step 1: Click the Selection tool in the toolbar.

Step 2: Make sure the Transform control checkbox is selected in the tool options panel.

Step 3: Select the object or objects. 

Step 4: Optionally, move the pivot point of the rotation by dragging the inner ring of the rotation control.

To mute:   1. At first, open BiP messenger on your phone.  2. Long press on the conversation which notifications you want to mute.  3. Then you will see some new options at the top. Tap the mute icon. Now choose how long you want to mute notifications for this conversation.  4. You can mute it for a specific period of time or you can mute it permanently. Then tap on OK. And the notifications for this conversation are muted permanently.  To unmute any conversation, long press on it. From the menu that appears, tap on the sound icon. And the conversation is now unmuted.
