How to Send Video Messages on Telegram Messenger:

1. The first thing to do is to update your Telegram app.
2. Then, open the Telegram app and go to the chat you want to a video message.
3. Tap once on the voice message button to switch it to video mode.
4. Then just like you would do while recording a voice chat, swipe up to lock the recording. Or you can just tap and hold to record.
5. If you are not satisfied with the video you are recording, just slide to the left to cancel.
6. Once you’re done recording, tap the blue arrow button to send.

To mute:   1. At first, open BiP messenger on your phone.  2. Long press on the conversation which notifications you want to mute.  3. Then you will see some new options at the top. Tap the mute icon. Now choose how long you want to mute notifications for this conversation.  4. You can mute it for a specific period of time or you can mute it permanently. Then tap on OK. And the notifications for this conversation are muted permanently.  To unmute any conversation, long press on it. From the menu that appears, tap on the sound icon. And the conversation is now unmuted.
