How to Select Who Can See Your Profile Photos and Videos on Telegram:

1. Open the Telegram app. 

2. Tap settings. It should be on the top-left corner of your screen.  

3. Tap Settings.  

4. Tap on Privacy and Security. It is under the "Settings" header.  

5. Tap Profile Photo. It is under the "Privacy and Security" header.  

6. Select your preference under "Who can see my profile photo". By default, your profile picture is visible to everyone on the Telegram app. You can change your preference to "Everybody", "My contacts", or "Nobody". Then, you will not be able to see the profile photos of people with whom you don’t share your profile photo.  

7. Tap Save. This will save your changes and you’re done!
