How to Select Who Can Call You on Telegram Messenger:

1. open the telegram app on your phone.  

2. tap on the three lines from the top left corner.  

3. from the menu that appears from the left.  

4. select settings.  

5. then go to privacy and security. 

6. under the privacy section tap on calls.  

7. here you will find who can call me by default it is selected as everybody you can choose nobody so that no one can

call you or you can choose my contacts. so that only the people from your

contacts list can call you below you will see add exceptions tap on always allow you can choose any of the contacts who can always call you now tap on never allow you can choose any of the contacts who can never call you.

8. when you are all done tap on ok from the top right corner

so in this way, you can select who can call you on telegram messenger
