How to Pin Unpin Any Chat on Telegram Messenger:

1Open the Telegram private group you are a member of or the public group you are the owner/admin of.
2. Now single-tap on the message that you want to set as your pinned message.
3. Select Pin after that.
4. Finally, confirm by tapping on OK. 
5. You can see your message being pinned at the top of the group. To read the whole pinned message, simply tap on it. After tapping you will automatically be headed toward the full message.

To mute:   1. At first, open BiP messenger on your phone.  2. Long press on the conversation which notifications you want to mute.  3. Then you will see some new options at the top. Tap the mute icon. Now choose how long you want to mute notifications for this conversation.  4. You can mute it for a specific period of time or you can mute it permanently. Then tap on OK.
