How to Change Self-Destruct Account Settings on Telegram Messenger:

1. Open the Telegram app on your Android device.
2. Tap on the hamburger menu and go to Settings.
3. Head over to the Privacy and Security section.
4. Next, tap on Advanced and go to the Delete my account if away for section.
5. By default, Telegram’s self-destruct account time duration will be set to 6 months. You could select 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

To mute:   1. At first, open BiP messenger on your phone.  2. Long press on the conversation which notifications you want to mute.  3. Then you will see some new options at the top. Tap the mute icon. Now choose how long you want to mute notifications for this conversation.  4. You can mute it for a specific period of time or you can mute it permanently. Then tap on OK. And the notifications for this conversation are muted permanently.  To unmute any conversation, long press on it. From the menu that appears, tap on the sound icon. And the conversation is now unmuted.
