How to Stop Bip messenger from Auto-Download Incoming Media While Using Cellular Data: 

1. To begin, open BIP messenger on your phone. 

2. Then tap on more from the bottom right corner. 

3. Go down to the bottom, and select settings. 

4. Then go to, chat settings. Here you will find, last seen. by default, it is turned on. just toggle the slider to turn it off. 

5. That's it. From now on, no one will be able to see when you were online last time. 

Keep in mind that, you also won't be able to see the Last Seen status of your contacts.
