How to Hide Last Seen and Online Status on WhatsApp


Just follow the steps below:

1. Launch WhatsApp on your Android device.
2. Tap on the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings and navigate to the Account section.
4. Go to Privacy.
5. Tap on Last Seen and select Nobody if you want to hide your online status completely.

To mute:   1. At first, open BiP messenger on your phone.  2. Long press on the conversation which notifications you want to mute.  3. Then you will see some new options at the top. Tap the mute icon. Now choose how long you want to mute notifications for this conversation.  4. You can mute it for a specific period of time or you can mute it permanently. Then tap on OK. And the notifications for this conversation are muted permanently.  To unmute any conversation, long press on it. From the menu that appears, tap on the sound icon.
